What we collect

To prepare and submit your visa application, we collect the information you provide on our application form, which may include your full name, passport number, passport photo, contact details, and travel dates. We also keep: the name, phone number, email address and message you send through our contact form; the email address and the consents you give at checkout; and, if you sign up for a Cambodia arrival reminder, your email address and arrival date.

How we use it

To prepare, review and submit your visa application to the relevant embassy or consular authority, and to communicate with you about it. If you ticked the optional box at checkout, we also use your email address to send you marketing content and offers - that is a separate consent you are free not to give, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, which we will action without asking for a reason.

Who we share it with

We share applicant information only with the parties directly involved in processing your visa: Jotform (which hosts the application form and stores the documents you upload), our payment processor, and the embassy or consulate of your destination country, since they are the ones who ultimately decide on and issue the visa. Running this site also means using service providers on our behalf: the hosting provider that runs the site and its server, a content delivery network that serves the pages and sees the IP address of every request, a database provider that stores your order, inquiry and reminder records, and an email delivery service that sends you confirmations and receipts - all of them process your information only to provide that service to us, never for their own purposes. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to anyone else for marketing.

How we count visits

We count how this site is used on our own server, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. A record holds the time, which step it was (for example "viewed a destination" or "reached the payment page"), the destination, the handling speed, and the language you were reading in. If a page breaks in your browser we also record the error message, the page it happened on, and a coarse browser name such as "Chrome". We do not store your IP address, any cookie, any visitor or device identifier, or your full browser string, and none of it is sent to an analytics company - there isn't one. These counts are deleted automatically after 180 days, and error reports after 90 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your documents only for as long as it takes to process your application. Once your application has been submitted and your case is closed, we delete your submission from Jotform and verify that the deletion actually went through, rather than just trusting a status code. Jotform moves deleted submissions to a recoverable trash for up to 30 days before permanent erasure - this is Jotform's own retention window, not something we control. Payment and order records are kept for as long as Israeli accounting and tax law requires (currently up to 7 years), since we need them for bookkeeping and to resolve any payment dispute. Contact-form messages are deleted automatically after 2 years, and Cambodia arrival-reminder sign-ups are kept only as long as they're useful - a reminder sign-up is deleted automatically once your travel date has passed - and you can ask us to delete any of these earlier at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or have it deleted. Reach out at youreastguy@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly. One exception: payment and order records must be kept for up to 7 years under Israeli accounting and tax law, so we cannot delete those on request - but we will not use them for anything else.

Refund policy

Our mistake, our cost. If your application is rejected because of an error we made in preparing or submitting it, we refund your full payment.

If the application is rejected because the details you gave us were incorrect, or for any other reason outside our control (including the embassy's own decision), no refund is given.

Beyond the policy above: if you change your mind and want to cancel, contact us straight away. As long as we have not started work on your application, you get a full refund. Once we have started, we have already paid the destination authority's fee on your behalf - that money does not come back to us, so we cannot return it to you. Either way, Israel's Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010 may entitle you to more depending on the circumstances - email us and we'll check.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. Where the law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
