    How long does processing take?

    It depends on the destination and the handling speed you choose - shown on each destination's page. That's our handling time, not a guarantee of how long the embassy itself takes to decide.

    What's the difference between Economy, Standard, and Express?

    All three are how fast we review and submit your application - not the embassy's own decision time, which stays the same either way. Express gets your documents to the embassy fastest; Economy is the slower, cheaper option if you're not in a hurry.

    What if my application is rejected?

    If your application is rejected because of an error we made, we refund your full payment. If it's rejected for any other reason - incorrect details you provided, or the embassy's own decision - no refund is given. Full details in our refund policy.

    Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

    No one legitimately can - visa approval is entirely the destination country's decision, not ours. What we guarantee is that your application is prepared correctly and submitted on time, within the speed you chose.
